We may collect the following personal information when you register for a Developer Account or interact with the Platform:

- Billing and payment information for Developer Account fees.
- Organization details for accounts with multiple users.

- Metered usage data for Content access and integration.
- IP addresses, device information, and browser type.
- Interaction logs, such as API calls and Content generation metrics.
1.3 Content Data
Any Content you generate or upload to the Platform may be stored and processed to provide services and ensure compliance with the Fair Use License Agreement (FULA).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Manage and administer Developer Accounts.
- Process payments for licensing fees.
- Monitor and meter Content usage to enforce the FULA.
- Ensure compliance with the Platform's mission, including alignment with the Christian church, Textus Receptus translations, and Baptist denomination principles.
- Improve the Platform's functionality and user experience.
- Communicate with you regarding updates, notices, or support.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information:
- With service providers (e.g., payment processors) to facilitate Platform operations, subject to confidentiality agreements.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests or court orders.

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is collected inadvertently, we will delete it promptly upon discovery.

12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes related to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Dallas, TX.
